Ramada by Wyndham Ely

We unexpectedly arrived early and hotel was able to check us in. Looks recently renovated; the wood walls / paneling are lovely. Our 2 Queen Room was clean and smelled clean, no odors. Bedding was fresh. A/C was quiet. Plenty of towels and pillows. Refrigerator with freezer. Hot water for coffee or tea, plus 2 water bottles and a package of cookies. TV but we didn't use it so can't comment. We were able to look out window to our vehicle in the parking lot. Elevator and stairs. Quiet room (#416) despite overlooking casino area. Has an indoor pool next to casino area which I will try next time. Casino area has slight smell of cigarette smoke but was tolerable, and did not reach our room. We received a surprising $4 off per person voucher for breakfast at JT's Steakhouse on the premises.

The ambient decor, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, and a very large room with carpet. Very friendly reception.

Location and price. Grab bag breakfast was just right.

We have stayed here before in our travels. The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. I like the pillows. Location is convenient and the price is right.

Some of the rooms are in the hotel and some are across the street in a two story motel building. I was in the motel part. The rooms are basic motel style. The beds were very comfortable; the rooms are clean; and we were given vouchers that covered most of our breakfast. We had more than the basic and the voucher covered 3/4. The food was fresh; real; made to order. I would recommend. It is next door to a good long time Mexican restaurant.
